NON-ANESTHETIC DENTAL CLEANING HAS LIMITATIONS:

Non-anesthetic cleaning does not accomplish everything that can be done under anesthesia (for example, diagnostic x-rays, extractions, oral cancer screening, etc.) and does not eliminate the need for periodic full dentals. 

 

OUR VET EXAM ESTABLISHES CARE FOR OUR SERVICES:

The screening exams provided by our vets only establish care for Pettooth services. If your pet has other medical needs, you must seek veterinary care with an independent veterinary provider. (Most of our vets offer house calls and you are welcome to use their services, however, that must be scheduled directly with them, not through Pettooth.)

 

WE HAVE A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY:

The reservation fee is fully refundable until exactly 48 hours before your appointment.  If you miss your appointment or give less than 48 hours notice to cancel/postpone your appointment, the fee is non-refundable.   

Your reservation fee will convert to cover the cost of your pet's Exam.

**If our vet determines upon examination that your pet is not an appropriate candidate for non-anesthetic dental cleaning or if our hygienist is unable to perform the cleaning due to your pet's behavior, the reservation fee still applies to cover the cost of the Exam.

 

CLEANING PAYMENT POLICY:

By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to pay the remaining balance for the cleaning once that service has been provided, and understand that a monthly 2% late fee will apply if your payment is overdue by 30 days or more.

 

CLINICS AT GROOMING FACILITIES:

You must meet with the vet yourself, in person, at your appointment time. You cannot leave your pet for grooming before their dental appointment. Our vet will not authorize a cleaning without speaking with you in person at the time of your appointment.
